This is how I add Fractions . My 1st Step : find the least common denominator which is 35 . Step 2 : multiply 2 by how many times 5 can go into 35 , and multiply 4 by how many times 7 can go into 35 , and you should get 14/35 and 20/35 . Step 3 : add 14/35 to 20/35 and you get 34/35 . Step 4 : add 3 to 1 and you get 4 . Step 5 : 4 and 34/35 and you get 4,34/35 which is the answer :)

I found mine by turning them into improper fractions then finding the LCD. Finally i just add from there and if it is improper i just turn it into a mixed number 👌🏼

first i turn into a inproper fraction and find the lcd and then after that i would then multiply it by how many times i went done then i would add it up

You would turn the mixed number into a improper fraction than find the least common denominator and than add,but simplify if needed.

The First step is to turn the mixed numbers into improper fractions. Then find the LCD. After that you have to add the numerators. When I have the fraction I can simplify it if necessary or not. This is my comment.

First i have to change the fractions to improper frations then when i get that answer,I then have to find the least common multipul(LCM)then when u get that answer,if its necessary u could simplify.

First you need to find the least comments denominator. Then you multiply the numerator by the number you multiply to get the same denominator you add them and that how you get your answer

first I need to find the least common denominator(LCM) then you have to turn it from a mixed number and you get your answer and if needed simplify!

First I t turned the numbers from mixed numbers into a improper fraction. Then I had to find the least common. denominator or the (LCD). Then add the numerators. Once you have the fraction if it is necessary you are going to need to simplify in till you can't simplify any more.

Step 1 is to find the improper fraction which will be 17/5 and 11/7 add them and it will be 28/12 then you have to simplify.divide 2 and 28 then you divide the denominator by 2 which will end up to be 14/5 and thats your answer

Step 1 is to find the imroper fraction.Once your done with that u add the two fractions, and when u get your answer u simplify if needed. Then you divide, and once u done that u will get 14/5.
