The difference between the scientific notation with negative exponents vs positive exponents is with negative exponents you have to move them to the left to make the number smaller and with the positive exponents you have to move the decimal to the right to make the number bigger.

The difference between a positive and negative scientific notation is that with positive notations you go to the right but with negative notations the decimal is going to th left so that you know that it is a decimal unlike the positive wich becomes a whole number

The difference between a scientific notation in a negative & positive exponent is that you add the zeros in front of the number is for a negative exponent. In a positive exponent they give you a number & you have to count the zeros & any numbers in front the first number. Then you take the second number & in front of it you put a decimal. Then do times ten & the exponent is the number you got from counting.

The negative exponent is when the number or decimal is less than 1 and has a negative exponent in order to work. The positive exponent has to go up and is bigger than one it goes in a positive exponent to complete the operation.

The difference between scientific notation with negative and positive exponents is that in negative exponents you have to go back because a negative number is less than 1, and a positive exponent goes to the front because it is positive.

The difference between scientific notation with negative exponents and positive exponents is that with negative exponents you have to move the decimal to the right because it is a number between 1 and 0. With a positive exponent you have to mover it to the left because it is a number greater than 1.

The difference in scientific notation between negative exponents and positive exponents is that with a negative exponent you move left to make it smaller and with a positive exponent you move it to the right.

The difference between scientific notation with positive exponents and negative exponents is that positive exponents are used when you are expressing a number more than one and a negative exponent is used when you are expressing a number less than one. For example 0.02 is expressed as 2 x (10 to the negative first power) and 200 is expressed as 2 x (10 squared).

A positive exponent tells how many times the base is used as a factor. The negative exponent also doses the same process but you always will need it to be less than one. For example 6.02 × 10–⁴ = .000602 the 4 told the decimal to move up 4 times so I can be less than one. And the scientific notation makes a number to an equation. For example 93,000,000 = 9.3 × ten sevenths. You move an imaginary decimal to the left side but it has to be less than ten.

The difference between scientific notation with positive exponents vs scientific notation with negative exponents is the decimal placement. With positive exponents you have to move the decimal to the left. And with negitive exponents is you move it to the left.

A positive notation means to move the decimal to the right and make the number smaller whereas to a negative notations you move it to the left.

Negative exponents while using scientific notation is going right such as 9 x 10 by the power of -5= .00009. Positive exponents go left such as 5.67 x 10 by the power of 7= 56,700,000

The difference between positive vs negative scientific notation is that with positive exponents you move the decimal to the right to condense a number, and with negative exponents you move the decimal to the left to expand a number.

The negative scientific notation goes back because the negatives are in the back and positive goes in the front because then positives go on the right side of a number line and negatives got on left.
