No, it is not a function because, 1 domain cannot have 2 range's. A range can have 2 domains.

No it is not a function because the domain can only have one range but, a range can have more than 2 domains

No, because 0 has more than one range. So this cause it to not be a function, because only a domain can choose one range for it to be a function
